At EMPAUA, we strongly believe in delivering superior service, which is why we are delighted to announce the formalisation of our Project Management Office, which will be led by Maja Rost.
Maja has over 6 years of project management experience, having started her career as an IT project management consultant, where she managed a wide variety of projects across many industries. With her broad knowledge in classic as well as agile project methodologies, combined with her expertise in change management, she has helped many companies achieve successful project delivery.
She joined EMPAUA in 2019 as a senior project manager, with the mission to establish project management standards and best practices that allow us to deliver a superior service to our customers. That is why we are so proud to have her on the team.
